Argentinean Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced a bill on the Kampala Amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

On 26 August 2016, Dip. Margarita Stolbizer (Argentina),  President of PGA, informed PGA’s Secretariat that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced legislation on the Kampala Amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, for the Parliament’s consideration.

According to the draft bill, the Kampala Amendments should be approved by Congress considering that they are a fundamental pillar in the consolidation of the international criminal justice system based on the ICC.
