Adoption of implementation legislation of the Rome Statute of the ICC
Liberia currently does not have an implementing legislation. PGA’s Secretariat provided a draft bill on cooperation with the ICC to its Members in 2007. In 2013, Hon. Doe Sherrif, PGA Member, introduced a private member’s bill implementing the substantial and cooperation provisions of the Rome Statute to the Senate. The bill was not discussed.
