Not infrequently, comments are made in public that undermine the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex (LGBTI) people. As leaders who believe in respecting human rights, we should use every opportunity in our work and day-to-day lives to speak up for the dignity and human rights of all individuals, including on the basis of sexual orientation and gender inclusivity.
