"I am very pleased that the National Assembly of Cote d'Ivoire has voted on November 26, 2014 to approve a bill to authorize the President of Côte d'Ivoire to ratify the Arms Trade Treaty.

"As a member of PGA who has worked closely with the PGA offices in New York and the Hague, I am confident that the government will now submit the ratification instrument before its entry into force on December 24 2014."
